Ethnic Azerbaijani in stable condition after Minsk terrorist attack

Roman Karakhanov, an ethnic Azerbaijani, who was injured in the Minsk terrorist attack, is in stable condition, Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry employee Elman Abdullayev said.

He will soon be discharged from the hospital, he said quoting the Azerbaijani Embassy in Minsk.

The embassy’s staff visited Karahanov in the hospital today.

A strong blast occurred as a train approached the Oktyabrskaya metro station in Minsk on Monday. The attack killed 12 people and injured 157.
