Azerbaijani Standardization Committee accredits State Customs Committee's laboratory

Azerbaijani Customs Committee's Central Laboratory has received accreditation from the certification body based on the types of vehicles introduced in the country and their compliance with pollutant emissions, the State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Patents said.

The body was accredited in the national accreditation system in accordance with AZS 447-2010 (Euro-2) requirements.

Euro-2 environmental standards have been applied to the vehicles and fuel in Azerbaijan since July 1, 2010.
