Azerbaijan reveals fake money in the capital

Forged banknotes with a face value of 20 and 50 manat have been revealed and seized in Baku.

As a result of search operations carried out by members of the Interior Ministry’s Head Department for Combating Drugs, five banknotes with a face value of 50 manat and six banknotes with a face value of 20 manat have been revealed and seized from the resident of the Boyuk Shor settlement Tahir Aliyev, the Interior Ministry told Trend.

The fact is under investigation.
