Anti-tank mine found under oil pipeline in Azerbaijan

The Azerbaijani Emergency Situations Ministry's "112 Call Center" receioved information about an explosive device placed under the Shirvan-Boyukshor oil pipeline length 65.8 km in the Garadag disrtrict of Baku.

The ministry's rescuers were immediately involved in the case to take the necessary measures and the relevant structures were informed. The ministry's specialists together with the relevant agencies' employees found 2 anti-tank mines in the scene. The ministry's specialists and the Law enforcement bodies' officers carried out search operation in the area. No suspicious object was discovered as a result of the search. The operating ended at 14:25 (local time).
