UN Secretary General's representative on IDPs rights in Baku

Representative of the United Nations Secretary-General on the Human Rights of Internally Displaced Persons Walter Kalin has arrived in Baku. Kalin will have meetings with Azerbaijan's officials and representatives of civil societies, as well as visit IDPs camps.
