Azerbaijani Constitutional Court examines ombudsman's request

The Azerbaijani Constitutional Court examines the request of ombudsman Elmira Suleymanova to clarify the article 247 of the Labor Code, the court said.

According to this article, the time spent by people under 18 on professional preparation during working hours, in agreement with the employer, is counted as working time. Ombudsman's request is investigated by the Constitutional Court now.
