Eight people rescued in Sabirabad floods in Azerbaijan - PHOTOS

Eight people, surrounded by floods when Kura River destroyed a dam in Sabirabad on May 11, were rescued, Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations Etibar Mirzayev told journalists at site.

Mirzayev said those people were rescued by helicopters and life guards. He said there were no human losses during the disaster on Tuesday. Ulajali village of Sabirabad region was flooded when Kura River.
