Catholicos of All Armenians will visit Baku

The press office of Holy Echmiadzin said the Catholicos will trip to Baku at the invitation of Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Kirill First and Chairman of the Caucasus Muslims Board Sheikh ul-Islam Allahshukur Pasha-zade.

Quadrilateral meeting of spiritual leaders of regional countries including Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia, Patriarch-Catholicos of All Georgia, Sheikh-ul-Islam of Azerbaijan and the Catholicos of all Armenians will be held as part of the summit.

During his trip, Karekin II will be accompanied by representative of St. Echmiadzina on inter-church relations, Archbishop Yeznik Petrosyan and head of the Office of Interchurch Relations deacon Vahram Melikyan.
