
"We receive calls from consumers, complaining about quality of water almost every day", said Eyub Huseynov, head of the Union of Free Consumers of Azerbaijan, commenting on the issue, connected with supply of muddy water to Baku and Sumgayit residents.
"I think Azersu by complete cutting of water has created such conditions for the population that consumers are happy even with muddy water.
This is a violation of consumers' rights and they can file a claim against Azersu for such a service and demand from Azersu to conduct water expertise.
Azersu should present a written response to these claims within three days.
We receive complaints, yet not in the written form. If they were written, I would have immediately file a claim to the court", noted Huseynov.
