Monument erected in Kazakhstan in memory of victims of Stalin repressions from Azerbaijan

Two new monuments to victims of political repressions from Azerbaijan and Georgia were opened at the Spass memorial complex in Kazakhstan.
The meeting on the Commemoration Day of victims of political repressions involved diplomats of ten countries: Russia, Azerbaijan, Romania, Ukraine, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Poland, Austria and Germany.

The opening was also attended by heads of regional affiliates of political parties, national-cultural centers, religious associations, NGOs, veterans and youth.

The monuments were erected by embassies of Georgia and Azerbaijan in Kazakhstan. The event was highlighted by reporters of two Azerbaijani TV channels-state and public ones.

Moreover, another commemorative sign to women, suffering from repressions, will soon be opened in the territory of former ALGERIA with participation of the Azerbaijani side.
