Police sergeant commits suicide in Baku

According to the spokesman for the General Prosecution of Azerbaijan Vugar Aliyev, Asif Gamkharov, 1980, was a police sergeant of the Safety Department of Azizbekov district police station of Baku.

He said, Gamkharov hang himself in his flat at 58, Magamed Khadi str, Khatai district.

"The cause has not yet been defined. The prosecutor's office of the Khatai district has initiated criminal proceeding under article 125 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan", V.Aliyev said.
