Azerbaijan's Cabinet of Ministers rearranging nonworking days

The Cabinet of Ministers of Azervaijan has passed a decree on the transfer of nonworking days falling on December 29 and December 30.
According to the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers, the decision was made on basis of paragraph 7 of Article 105 of the Labor Code of Azerbaijan to ensure consecutive of working and nonworking days.

Thus, the nonworking days falling on December 29 and December 30 of 2007 are replaced with the working days of 2008-January 3 and January 4.
