Fire occurred in multistorey building

Fire occurred in the eighth floor of 9-storey building in Nasibbay Yusifbayli Street 43 of Narimanov district on May 22 at 1900 hrs.

3-room apartment in the eighth floor and 3-room apartment in the ninth floor burned during fire. Emergencies Ministry Public Affairs Office's press service department told the APA.

40 residents have been evacuated from the dangerous zone and firefighters rescued 47-year old Isgandarova Sevda with auto-ladder from the porch of her apartment.

Neighboring apartments have been protected from fire. The cost of damage is being calculated at present.
