Abulfaz Elchibay's tombstone not to be opened May 28

Elchibay's brother Almurad Aliyev clarified the delay of the presentation of tombstone.

"Special gravestones carved with definite words will be around the tombstone of Elchibay. The special gravestone is not ready which is the reason for the delay. In general, the tombstone is ready," he said.

Almurad Aliyev said he wants the opening of tombstone to be held in August. "I would like the opening ceremony of Elchibay's tombstone to take place on August 2 2- the birthday of Abulfaz Elchibay." APA
