Court dismisses Independent Azerbaijan University students' claim

Member of Defense Committee for Students' rights Hadji Alasgarov told the APA that the representatives of Azerbaijan Aviation Academy and Republic military registration and enlistment office attended the proceeding chaired by Judge Mehpara Ahmadova. The judge regarded groundless the claim of the students and dismissed.

Alasgarov stated the students are intended to file appeal against the court decision.

IAU's students appealed to the court on Education Ministry, military registration and enlistment office, National Aviation Academy, Independent Azerbaijan, Azerbaijan International, Azerbaijan Cooperation and Nakhchivan State University for their refusal to reply to the questionnaire.
