ICRC representatives meet with captured Azerbaijani soldier

Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) met with Samir Mammadov, Azerbaijani soldier captured by Armenian Armed Forces.

The letter of Samir Mammadov's parents was delivered to him. But the soldier did not write an answer, ICRC office in Azerbaijan told the APA.

Samir Mammadov was captured by Armenian forces on December 24, 2007.
