Azerbaijani Culture and Tourism Ministry and UNDP to conclude documents on institutional assistance

The project will be signed by Culture and Tourism Minister Abulfaz Garayev and UNDP resident representative Bruno Pueza.

The project is the continuation of joint efforts of the ministry and UNDP in the direction of establishing relations between reducing of poverty and development of tourism. It has been prepared corresponding to the State Program for Reducing Poverty and Continuous Development and will serve the first aim of the United Nations Development Assistance Framework (UNDAF) for 2005-2009 "Efficient and transparent management of oil resources will help creating jobs in non-oil sectors," the ministry's press service told the APA.
