Budapest court to consider Ramil Safarov's appeal Feb 22

February 22 Budapest court will consider the appeal of officer of Azerbaijani Armed Forces Ramil Safarov on courts' April 13, 2006 decision, lawyer Ikram Shirinov stated.

The representatives of Safarov's family and Azerbaijan's Defense Ministry, lawyer Ikram Shirinov and the chief of Bar Association Azer Tagiyev left for Budapest February 18, APA reports.

In the frame of visit Shirinov will meet with Safarov and his Hungarian lawyers, and will discuss preparation to the trial.

Hungarian lawyers George Majar and Clara Fisher will defend Safarov's rights.
