Nazim Ibrahimov hopes 2007 to be highest point in Diaspora growth

Representatives of State Committee for Azerbaijanis Living Abroad and a number of Diaspora organizations visited the grave of Heydar Aliyev in the Honorary Alley on occasion of December 31 - Solidarity Day of World Azerbaijanis.

Committee chairman Nazim Ibrahimov said that this day, founded by Heydar Aliyev in 1991, is of great importance and played significant part in uniting Azerbaijanis.

He said that diaspora organizations will take more serious steps in the information war in 2007 and deliver the truth of Azerbaijan to the world.

"2007 will be the highest point in the growth of Azerbaijani diasporas," he said. APA
