Azeri walks to Hajj

Azerbaijani Shahid Kharbanov walked 4 000 kilometers to Mekke-Hajj through Iran, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.

Iran media compared him with a famous traveler Ibn Batuta. Shahid Kharbanov came across lots of troubles during the travel. "I was attacked by wild animals, especially a pack of wolves in Iranian territory. Nevertheless, I am safe and sound with Allah's help. I was warmly welcomed by the people of the countries," he said, APA reports.
