Norwegian Refugee Council to provide 60 IDP houses with utilities

The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) invites bids to provide 60 blocks of flats built for internally displaced persons (IDP) from Lachin in Garadagh, Baku with the utilities.

Statoil and the Azeri government will financially support the project including the installation of cables and sewerage and the supply of building materials for a new water pipeline.
