National Security Ministry officer: "I heard about Rena Nesibova's murder from Rustem Usubov"

The officer of NSM Aydin Manafov gave testimony on Rena Nesibova's death. "Former deputy of NSM Tofig Babayev called me and said that they had information about Chechen's attack to Russian Embassy. We know that there is a woman called Rena in that group. Tofig Babayev ordered me to meet with her and to find out whether she is in that group or not. Since, Rena informed Prosecutor's Office about Mammadov before. After meeting with her I found out that she was not a suspect," he said.

Manafov said that Rena told him about Haji Mammadov's gang. "Rena told me that Mammadov had a plan to kidnap a Jewish person. Rena said that a pistol was buried in Ruslan Abdulvahabov's brother Sidek's yard. She told me that Ruslan told her about it. I met with Rena to talk about these cases. She said that Ruslan wanted to marry to her, but she does not have any intention. The information was documented and reported to the leaders," he said.

Manofov said that he heard about Rena's murder from Rustem Usubov. "He told that Rena died because of misuse of drugs. He said that Rena's brother confirmed the fact. Later, I knew that Rustem Usubov heard about it from somewhere," he said.

Answering Adil Ismayilov's questions, Manafov stated that visited Eldar Azizov several times till November and they had talks. "I met Rena several times. She spoke German and was educated person. My aim was to find out if she was suitable for cooperation," he said.

Answering Haji Mammadov's questions Manafov noted that he felt that Rena was engaged in the crimes.

Eldar Azizov gave testimony on Nesibova's murder. "Tofig Babbayev called me and said that a woman called Rena appeal to the Prosecutor's office and we have to investigate her information. Rustem Usubov and Ramiz Rzayev were in the room. When I met with Rena she told me that a man called Haji had a plan to kidnap a Jewish person. After that to investigate the details of the fact I met with her three-four times. I met with a Jewish person called Zelmanovich by Zakir Garalov's order in the Prosecutor's Office. Rustem Usubov was there too. During the meeting it became clear that a person whom Haji wanted to kidnap was not Zelmanovich. After that we met with Yalukhan Iluyev the director of the leather plant and realised complex measures. But, no fact was achieved. Answering Adil Ismayilov's questions Azizov said that Nesibova gave information about Haji's other kidnappings and murders.

"Rena also spoke about Rovshen Aliyev's murder. She said that she heard about from Ruslan bit did not give concrete information. She also spoke about their stealing cars and phones to use in their future crimes," he said.

Azizov also said that he learnt about Rena's murder after Rustem Usubov's call.
