Prison chief fired

The chief of detention place #5 Abbasgulu Garayev was dismissed by Justice Minister Fikrat Mammadov's order.

Rafig Ramazanov, the Department chief of Penitentiary Service told the APA that two prisoners tried to break out of prison in September. The chief was dismissed after the investigations in the jail. The deputy chief temporarily executes the duties of the chief now.
