Pardon decree expected

"The Pardon Commission considers received appeals. The president will be informed about the appeals after investigating them," said Ali Hasanov, the President's Office Sociopolitical Department chief.

He told the APA the exact day of the decree was not known. The chief did not also confirm the information about issuing the decree on October 18.
