FLEX program competition announced

Future Leaders Exchange Program (FLEX) administered by the American Councils for Collaboration in Education and Language Study (ACCELS) and the Bureau of the Educational and Cultural Affairs of the US Department of State launched competition for high school students of Mingachevir city of Azerbaijan.

FLEX program provides opportunities for high school age students (ages 15-17) to spend a year in the United States, living with a family and attending a U.S. high school.
