"Qayda-Qanun" LLC chief arrested

"Qayda-Qanun" LLC chief, Baku resident Eldar Babayev was detained in an operation held by Interior Ministry Crime Investigation Department.

The Ministry Press Office official Ehsan Zahidov told the APA he was detained by citizen's concrete complaint. Eldar Babayev threatened a citizen and got $6 000 from him.

"Preliminary investigations show "Qayda-Qanun" LLC giving alleged legal aid cheated citizens. A person asked him for help to get back his $25 000 from another person. Babayev got $500 beforehand, and at the same time asked $6 000 from the debtor getting $1,000 beforehand. He demanded the rest of the money. Babayev was arrested when he got $3 000 from the debtor," Zahidov said.

A criminal case was launched under Criminal Code 178, 2, 4 articles. Crime Investigation Department asks sufferers to apply to the department.
