Telephone numbers beginning with 499 and 484 indexes changed

According to APA, within 15-20 days indexes of 499 will be substituted with 596 numbers.

After the implementation of the changes subscribers will be informed about on the phone in an automatic form. The first index of the telephone numbers beginning with 484 has already been substituted with the index of 596. So far numbers from 484-05-12 to 484-10-23.

Within one week changing of the other numbers are taken into consideration.
