USAID supports road and electrical projects in Azerbaijan

As APA reports, opening ceremony of one more road project will take place in Uzuntepe, Jalilabad tomorrow and opening ceremony of an electrical rehabilitation project will take place in Veravul, Lenkoran on July 20. These projects were made possible through a USAID-funded program managed by CHF International.

All of these projects were identified as priorities by the elected Community Development Councils of Guneshli, Uzuntepe and Veravul as part of USAID’s Community Development Activity program, a five-year, community-based program implemented by CHF International.

It is believed that these projects will improve their community infrastructure, providing better electricity and access for villagers and community members to markets, and social amenities such as schools and hospitals.
