State Land and Cartography Committee advances development of agrarian field legislation base

Proposal on changes and additions to existed legislation as well as new law projects adoption has been reflected there, APA reports.

Committee leadership proposed preparation and present a draft law "On state lands" to parliament.

Necessary normative-legal base establishment for rent of state and municipality lands through competition, is advised. However, experts of State Committee consider that draft law "On state reserve land fund" as well as main plan on development of each city and region, should be adopted.

This will provide implementation of sowing and construction works to be more profitable.

Committee representatives consider that starting work of autumn session of Milly Majlis the work in this field will be accelerated.
