“Azerbaijan” park to appear in Odessa

A ceremony of laying the first stone of future parks - "Azerbaijan" and "Istanbul" - will be held as part of the City Day celebrations in Odessa, Ukraine, on 3 September.

Agreement to build the park, which will be similar to the Heydar Aliyev Park in Kiev, was reached in 2012.

The "Azerbaijan" Park will be located on the 4th station of Big Fountain in the existing green space. The Azerbaijani side has undertaken the construction of the park.

The "Istanbul" park will be located under the Primorsky Boulevard.
