
The NATO International School of Azerbaijan (NISA) Summer Session on "Afghanistan beyond 2014" has started in Baku.
Apart from Azerbaijan the event brings together 40 students and young scientists from Pakistan, Romania, Russia, Tajikistan and Ukraine to discuss main issues related to drawdown of ISAF in
Afghanistan and its consequent implications for political stability in Afghanistan and security
environment in Asia at large.
According to NISA Director Huseyn Panahov, the summer session will focus on problems of
Afghanistan after 2014, opportunities for future development of the region and strategies of regional and international cooperation.
