Next appointment in Ministry of Education

Minister of Education of Azerbaijan issued an order appointing Jeykhun Bayramov the new head of the Ministerial Administration, the Ministry's website reported on Monday.

By another decree of the Minister Mikayil Jabbarov, the former head of the administration Ilham Pirmammadov is appointed an adviser to the Minister of Education.

Jeykhun Bayramov was born in 1973 in Baku. He graduated from Azerbaijan State Economic Institute in the field of economics, and then the Faculty of Law of the University 'Azerbaijan'. In 1996-2000 he worked in the Ministry of Taxes.

By another decree of the Minister of Education, Fariz Rzaev is appointed the head of the Department for Student Exchange Programmes and the Development of Education.

Rzayev was born in 1977 in Baku, graduated from the Baku Institute of Social Management and Political Science, and received master's degree at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Azerbaijan.

In 2000-2013 he worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, particularly in Azerbaijan's embassies to Austria and Belgium. He has a diplomatic rank of First Secretary of the second degree.
