Rainless and cloudy spring weather to be observed

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources forecasts that the weather is going to volatile cloudy and mostly rainless while increasingly cloudy in the evening. North-western wind is expected to strengthen in the second half of the day.
The temperature will be +11-16C at night, +23 in the afternoon.

Lightning and rain are predicted in several regions in the second part of the day, while in some other regions in the evening in. Intermittently strengthening western wind to waft.
The temperature will be  +10-15C at night, +25-30C in the afternoon, while 7-12 C in mountains at night and +16-21C in the afternoon.
