Weather to be rainless, temperature to rise up to +20C

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources informs that changeable cloudy and mainly rainless weather will dominate alongside the mist in some areas at night and in the morning. Southern wind to blow and intensify off and on.
The temperature will be +3-6 C at night, +13-17C in the afternoon, while up to +19 in some places.

As to the regions of Azerbaijan , the weather is forecasted to be vriable nebulous and foggy in several areas at night and in the morning. Southern wind will waft, become intermittently stronger in different areas.
The temperature will be from -1 to +4 at night, +10-15C and up to +17 in different places in the afternoon, while -5-10C in mountains at night, -13-18C at high mountainous regions, +3-8 in the afternoon.

Although the comfortable weather condition is positive factor, infrequently strengthening Gilavar wind against the backdrop of below norm atmospheric pressure can cause some meteosensitive people to feel inconvenient on March 12-13.
