According to the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ecology and Natural Resources  Ministry, average monthly temperature is expected to be mostly nigh to the climatic norm with positive and a little negative margins. In this regard, temperature is expected to be 3 degrees above the norm in the beginning of the month, while to go below the norm in the end.

Monthly precipitation is predicted to be close to the norm and a little low then the norm in some places.

Average monthly temperature is predicted to be +5-9 C which is close to the climatic norm and 2 degrees above the norm in Baku and Absheron peninsula. The temperature will be +2-7 C at nights, decline to 0 in some days of the second half of the month, + 8-13 C in the afternoons, while + 15-18 C in the beginning of the month, + 4-7 C in some days of the second half of the month. Monthly precipitation is expected to be nigh (24-34mm norm) to the climatic norm.


In Nakhichevan Autonomous Republic, average monthly temperature is predicted to be +0-4?C which is close to the climatic norm and 1 degree more then the norm. The temperature is expected to be from 3 degrees of frost to +2 C at nights, 4-9 degrees of frost in some days of the second half of the month. +14-19 C is expected in the afternoons, while +14-16 C in the beginning of the month, +1-6 C in some days of the second half of the month. Monthly rainfall is expected to be close to the climatic norm (norm 14-35 mm), and a little more in several places.

In Upper Karabakh: Khankandi, Shusha, Khojali, Khocavand ; Gubadli, Zangilan, Lachin, Kalbajar and Dashkasan, Gadabay regions 1verage monthly temperature is predicted to be +0-3 C which is nigh to the climatic norm. The temperature will be from 4 degrees of frost to +1 C at nights, 6-11 degrees of frost in some days of the second half of the month. +4-9 C is expected in the afternoons, while rise up to and be + 12 C early in the month, +0-4 C in some days of the second half of the month. Monthly rainfall is expected to be close to the climatic norm (norm 27-53 mm).

Average monthly temperature is predicted to be +3-8 C which is nigh to the climatic norm and 2 degrees above the normin Gazakh-Ganja, Goranboy, Tar-Tar-Agdam-Agjabadi-Fuzuli-Jabrail regions. The temperature will be +1-5 C at nights, 0-5 degrees of frost in some days of the second half of the month. +7-12 C is expected in the afternoons, while rise up to + 16 C in the beginning of the month and be +0-5?C in some days of the second half of the month. Monthly rainfall is expected to be close to the climatic norm (norm 13-16 mm) and a little more than the norm.

In Balakan, Zagatala, Qakh, Sheki, Oguz, Gabala, ?smailly, Agsu, Shamakhy, Siyazan, Shabran, Khizi, Guba, Khachmaz, Gusar regions average monthly temperature is predicted to be 2 degress of frost to +3 C which is nigh to the climatic norm. The temperature will be from 3 degrees of frost to +2 at nights, +4-9 C degrees of frost in some days of the second half of the month. +4-9 C is expected in the afternoons, while rise up to + 12 C in the beginning of the month and be from 1 degrees of frost to +3 C in some days of the second half of the month.
Monthly rainfall is expected to be close to the climatic norm (norm 24-48 mm).

Average monthly temperature is predicted to be +5-9?C which is close to the climatic norm and 1 degree above the norm in Central-Aran ( Agdash, Mingachevir, Yevlakh, Kurdamir, ?mishli, Beylagan, Sabirabad, Bilasuvar, Saatli, Shirvan, Haj?gabul, Salyan, Neftchala ) regions. The temperature is expected to be +2-6 C at nights, +8-13 C is expected in the afternoons, while +14-17 C early in the month, +3-7 C in some days of the second half of the month. Monthly rainfall is expected to be close to the climatic norm (norm 16-32 mm), and a little more in several places.

In Masall?-Lankaran-Astara-Lerik, Yardimli regions average monthly temperature is predicted to be +3-8 C which is close to the climatic norm. The temperature is expected to be +2-7?C at nights, 1-5 degrees of frost in mountainous regions in some days of the second half of the month. +8-13 C is expected in the afternoons, while +14-18 C in the beginning of the month and +2-7 C in some days of the second half of the month.

Monthly rainfall is expected to be close to the climatic norm (norm 58-3106 mm), and a little more in several places.
