Applicants known for regional radio station contest in Azerbaijan

The applicants for the contest on launching the first regional radio station, which will cover Ganja and the surrounding areas on 93.3 MHz operating frequency, have been named.

Assistant Chairman of NTRC Togrul Mammadov told APA that the three regional televisions filed document for the contest. These are “Kepez TV” in Ganja, “El TV” in Yevlakh and “Turkel TV” in Tovuz. Mammadov said that the legislation allowed regional televisions to participate in the contest for regional radio.

The results of the contest will be announced within a month – till December 22 after the document admission.
