A bulldozer has struck a landmine in Azerbaijan’s Khojavend district, AzerNEWS reports.

The incident occurred the previous day in the area of Gizilqaya village.

The bulldozer, operated by E. Abbasov, was carrying out work in the area when it struck a mine. The resulting explosion caused no injuries to the driver, but the machinery was damaged.

An investigation into the incident is underway.
