Azerbaijani girl become member of Russian Union of Writers

18-years-old Azerbaijani girl Samira Asadova has become the youngest member of the Russian Union of Writers for her book entitled “Timnekvina granma`s tales”. Samira, a student of Herzen University, was recommended by Albert Likhanov, President of the Russian Children`s Foundation.

Another book by Samira Asadova which deals with local reindeer-breeders will be soon published.
Samira lives in Kanchalan, Chukotka Autonomous Okrug of the Russian Federation with her family. The Asadovs is the only Azerbaijani family who keeps reindeer farm in the world.
