The first differences between Bursa "Divan" written by Azerbaijani
poet Kishvari and other editions have been determined, Acting Director
of the Institute of Manuscripts Pasha Karimov told Trend today.
Earlier, there were Samarkand, Dashkent, Baku and Tehran editions. The
volume is not big. But the volume of the found edition is bigger and has
new poems.
Karimov said that very interesting moments draw attention.
"Kishvari mentions the names of historical figures, which were not mentioned in the previous 'Divan'," he said.
One of the most interesting things is a poem dedicated to Shah Ismail Khatai, Karimov said.
He added that some 'Divan' pages were destroyed in the Middle Ages by historians who have tried to restore it. Therefore, it is impossible to read a number of poems.
Karimov added that there is little information about Kishvari. After studying the "Divan", it will be possible to collect more extensive information about the poet.
