Quake jolts Azerbaijani region

An earthquake measured at a magnitude of 3.1 occurred Sunday in Saatli region of Azerbaijan, the National Seismic Survey Centre reported.

Tremors were registered at 10:13 pm local time, 20 km west of the city of Saatli.

The quake was not felt

Saatli region is located 180 km southwest of Baku, close to the Iranian border.
