Int'l scientific conference on innovation, quality of education in due Baku

The second international scientific conference on innovation, quality of education and development has today started at the Baku Advanced Training and Retraining Institute of Pedagogical Cadres, here.

Rector Asaf Zamanov, Azerbaijan`s deputy minister of education Gulu Novruzov delivered speeches at the conference attended by the representatives from Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Belarus.
The conference featuring presentations of more than 130 reports will end on Saturday.
