Number of licensed hotels reach 339 in Azerbaijan

The number of licensed hotels is rising in Azerbaijan. The Culture and Tourism Ministry has stated of efficiency of joint activity with the country’s Tax Ministry on revelation of unlicensed hotels and the ones deviating from taxation.

As of 1 April the country totally had 500 hotels, 328 of them got license. The other hotels, after monitoring by Culture and Tourism and Tax Ministries almost all applied to the Ministry to get a license.
