Azerbaijani scientist became IAC full member

Azerbaijani professor Siruz Abasbeyli was elected as a full member of the International Academy of Communications. The relevant decision was made on Feb. 21 at the presidium of Academy. Siruz Abasbeyli was awarded with a Diploma and certificate on March 1.

Siruz Abasbeyli is the first Azerbaijani scientist to become member of this Academy with some thousand members representing 30 countries.
