
Heydar Aliyev International Airport will fully be ready to receive passengers during Eurovision 2012 Song Contest in Azerbaijan to be held in Baku this May, a source told Trend in the Limited Liability Company.
He said the reconstruction work is underway in the airport building, which will be completed on the eve of the contest, and airport will receive tourists, arriving in Baku to attend the contest.
"The airport building is successfully being reconstructed and will fully be completed by the end of the contest," the source said. Construction of a new air terminal at the Heydar Aliyev airport is also underway. Construction will be completed during 2013.
