Quake hits Iranian West Azerbaijan province

An earthquake measuring 3.9 on the Richter scale jolted the Siyah Cheshmeh district in the Iranian province of West Azerbaijan, the Iranian television iribnews.ir website reported.

According to the report, the Seismological Center at Tehran University's Geophysics Institute registered the quake at 13:34 local time. No fatalities or damages have been reported yet.
