Armenian parliament postpones bill recognizing self-declared "Nagorno-Karabakh Republic"

The Armenian Parliament has postponed the vote on the bill recognizing independence of the self-declared "Nagorno-Karabakh Republic" till December 9. The vote was postponed at the suggestion of the Heritage Party, the author of the bill.
