Five Azerbaijan-Romania agreements were signed during Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev's visit to Romania on Sept. 28.
Presidents Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan and Traian Basescu of Romania had a joint press conference at the latter's residence - Cotroceni Palace after the ceremony of signing documents.
