India recognizes territorial integrity and sovereignty of Azerbaijan

India recognizes the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Azerbaijan and is for the peaceful resolution of the Karabakh conflict, said new Indian ambassador to Azerbaijan Debnas Show at the meeting with speaker of Milli Medjlis Oqtay Asadov according to the press service for the parliament.

The sides discussed the development of bilateral relations, joint activity in frames of international organizations. The chairman of the parliament stressed the great interest of Azerbaijanis to the Indian cinematography.

As for the interparliamentary relations, Asadov stressed importance for their development and intensification of the activity of the group of interparliamentary friendship in this direction. The speaker thanked the Indian party for support to Azerbaijan's position on the Karabakh issue.
