CIS observers mission calls referendum in Azerbaijan free and open

The observers mission considers that the referendum in Azerbaijan meets the norms of legislation of the country, general approaches to the organization and holding a national referendum.

The mission states that the referendum was an important factor of the further democratization of the public life of Azerbaijan and strengthened the basis of sovereignty, became the reflection of the stable socioeconomic development of the state.
