Russian ambassador to Armenia: "Statements of supply of the Russian military hardware of a total of $800,000,000 to Armenia are false"

On January 21 in a response note the Russian Foreign Ministry refuted information in Azerbaijani mass medias about supplies of Russian military hardware to Armenia in 2008.

The note also says that this publication is disinformation against Russia, which does not promote positive development of friendly Russian-Azerbaijani relations.

The Russian Foreign Ministry also voiced hope that the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry will be able to inform the public and mass medias of the country about Russia's position.
